Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
