Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, FastAPI, and related technologies. You'll work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient backend services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development: Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies.

2. Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design and implement data models, schema, and queries.

3. Containerization: Utilize containerization technologies like Docker to ensure efficient and scalable deployment of backend services.

4. Version Control: Manage codebase using Git and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

5. API Development: Develop and consume RESTful APIs and WebSockets to ensure seamless communication between services.

6. Component-Based Architecture: Design and develop reusable components and services using component-based architecture principles.

7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, E2E tests, and ensure coding best practices using tools like Vitest, Cypress, and Sonar.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional experience in Python backend development and FastAPI.

3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of:

    1. Python programming language

    2. FastAPI framework

    3. SQL and NoSQL databases

    4. Containerization technologies like Docker

    5. Version control tools like Git

    6. RESTful APIs and WebSockets

    7. Component-based architecture and reusable components

    8. Unit testing, E2E testing, and coding best practices

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Python Developer or Certified Backend Developer, are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

1. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

2. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

3. DevOps Tools: Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
