We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Communications Planning Application (CPA) and MissionOps software. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in object-oriented programming and a commitment to excellence.
Essential Functions:
Conduct research, design, and development of application software for desktop and multi-tier architectures.Draft and scrutinize software requirements to guide design within specified time and budget constraints.Execute coding, perform unit testing, and conduct peer reviews to ensure software integrity.Address and rectify software defects, enhancing quality and fulfilling customer expectations.Actively participate in Agile software development process as a dedicated member of an Agile Scrum team.Adhere to software development protocols in a disciplined CMMI Level 3 environment with minimal travel requirements (less than 5%).Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in Software development.Preferred Additional Skills:
Proficiency in C#/.NET programming.Experience with RESTful API'sSome experience with Java programming or full stack development.Familiarity with databases Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins).Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Agile Scrum Master certifications or experience.Knowledge of CMM/CMMI systems and software development processes.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $78,000 - $145,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
