THE JOB:

As a Back Server in BR Prime, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service in an award-winning fine-dining atmosphere. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areasClear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has at least a year of fine-dining experienceIs proficient in working under pressure in high-volume operationsLooks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiencesDescribes themselves as detail-orientedEnjoys helping others and likes to make a good impressionCan handle multiple tasks at one time
