This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Run ID/OD polishers + Perform 'Air Underwater Hydro Testing' + Operate or learn to operate forklifts + Print customer orders by scheduled on time and date + Pick customer orders + Pack shipments per customer requirements + Label customer packages + Stage and consolidate customer shipments when applicable + Perform finished goods inventory cycle counts + Replenish inventory in storage racks + Assist shipment loaders + Become forklift certified and operate forklift in a safe and effective manner **Essential Skills** + General labor + Warehouse production + Order picking + 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience + Forklift operation + RF scanner operation + Material handling + Sit-down forklift operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift Operating + Warehouse + Manufacturing **Why Work Here?** We offer a relaxed work environment where management is supportive and flexible with personal situations. Shift options include: Base Pay of $18/hr 'A' Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 'B' Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (currently not working Mondays) - $2 shift premium after training (2-6 months) 'C' Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - $6 shift premium after training (2-6 months) 'D' Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. - $8 shift premium after training (2-6 months) **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
