**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Our company is the preferred global solutions provider for precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products, serving industries such as power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial sectors. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for printing, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and consolidating customer orders. You will also perform finished goods inventory cycle counts, replenish inventory, and assist shipment loaders. Forklift certification is required, and you must operate the forklift in a safe and effective manner. This is a high-volume position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to prevent production delays. **Hard Skills** + 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience + Forklift certification **Soft Skills** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Attention to detail + Strong organizational skills **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Janesville, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Shift options: 'A' shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 'B' shift: Monday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (currently not working Mondays) - $2 shift premium after training (2-6 months). 'C' Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - $6 shift premium after training (2-6 months). 'D' Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. - $8 shift premium after training (2-6 months). The plant has roughly 100 employees working over 4 shifts.
