Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is critical to our operations and involves handling various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure smooth operations to prevent downtime in our mills.
ResponsibilitiesPrint customer orders as per schedule.Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.Pack shipments according to customer requirements.Label customer packages correctly.Stage and consolidate customer shipments when applicable.Perform finished goods inventory cycle counts.Replenish inventory in storage racks.Assist shipment loaders.Become forklift certified and operate forklift in a safe and effective manner.Essential SkillsGeneral labor experience.Warehouse production experience.Order picking skills.6 months to 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.Forklift operation skills.Experience with RF scanners.Material handling experience.Proficiency with sit-down forklifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operating certification.Experience in warehouse and manufacturing environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our work environment consists of multiple shifts to accommodate different schedules: A shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), B shift (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.), C shift (Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), and D shift (Friday through Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.). The plant operates with approximately 100 employees across these shifts in a non-union, safe, and friendly workplace. Shift premiums are provided for B, C, and D shifts after a training period of 2-6 months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
