Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
Supervises the issuance of ID badges, keys, parking decals and ramp permits in accordance with the established Airport Security Program and FAA rules and regulations. Resolves ID badging, key and permit complaints while complying with Airport and FAA security regulations and budgetary mandates. Administers and maintains automated and physical security record systems for security badges and keys in accordance with established Airport rules and procedures and other Security Programs. Oversees and trains staff to conduct FAA background investigations. Provides daily activity reports of reported incidents and inconsistencies to Airport security. Reports audit findings and prepares special studies and projects based on FAA reviews. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.Basic Qualifications
Pre-requisites:
Must be a local (in-state) resident. Valid In-State Driver’s License. Must have valid driver’s license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.Experience:
Must be open minded and ready to work as part of a detail-oriented team.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team oriented environment.Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM Flexible shift. You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.Benefits
