Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Delivers and receives golf bags, cleans and maintains patron clubs and equipments and assists with loading and unloading of golf bags + Maintains a clean and organized bag room Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Assists with delivering driving range equipment, as needed + Assists with other related duties, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + Must have a working knowledge of golf operations + Must be physically able to lift, carry and deliver golf bags and driving range equipment in a timely fashion + Must possess a valid Driver’s License Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Good written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Training Requirements: + Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures + Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions + Must be able to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
