You will oversee the production processes in the making of David's Sunflower Seeds. Throughout this process, you will complete safe and efficient operation of the equipment in the Bagger area while following all quality standards. Schedule:
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2pm - 10:30pm
New Starting Pay:
$25.65/hour - $31.15/hour - this will continue to increase throughout your time with us.
Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot/Repair Baggers and Secondary Robots
Complete weekly equipment sanitation including startup and shutdown of the Baggers.
Follow all safety requirements and guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Maintain a clean work area and follow all 5S requirements.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
It would be great if you also had:
2+ years of CNC Machine Operating
2 years of repairing conveyor belts
1 year of experience completing automotive maintenance
Work Environment Requirements:
You will work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions including moderate noise levels.
You will move within office and manufacturing facilities, write by hand and keyboard, and perform general office functions.
You will communicate by speech and hearing by phone and in person.
Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.
General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
