Join the team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Baja 360° Attendant. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.
Be You
The Baja 360° Attendant is the face of our exciting Adventure Center. This attendant will be responsible to meet & greet every guest that walks into Baja 360° and ensure that they immerse themselves in this fun environment whether guests are there to shop, to play or to go into one of our activities / excursions arranged by the Concierge team.
Requirements:
Preferably previous experience in customer service and / or areas such as Recreation, Guest Services or other guest facing hospitality roles.Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment. Good team spirit, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, utilizing a variety of computer systems.Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Spanish and English language. Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts. Attention to detail.Master Your Cratf
Ensures that the Adventure Center is always properly set up (music, decoration, arcade games, accessories, etc.) in order to provide a fun and exciting ambiance for all of our guests. Prepares for all water activities & guest´s excursions on a daily basis, ensures everything is set up for guests based on special requests / preferences (i.e. food items).Prepares to welcome back all guests from water activities / excursions. Greets them at Baja 360° and recognize opportunities to personalize interactions.Handles all retail articles (selling, processing payments and restocking). Maintains an accurate retail inventory and provides weekly & monthly sales reports.Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.Utilizes a variety of computer systems to communicate with guests, run reports, etc. Communicates with internal personnel and departments via radio, Hotsos, Teams, and phones. Chat guests via messenger application and utilize Four Seasons guest recognition program. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
