Description Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity needed. Maintains a high level of quality in baking and consistency. Decorates and finishes all cakes, pastry (e.g., birthday, wedding, etc.) according to specifications. Has thorough understanding and knowledge of usage of all equipment used in the Pastry Shop. Works and maintains workstation in compliance with standards set by State and Local Health Department codes. Reports all violations and malfunctioning equipment to Assistant Pastry Chef.

Other Duties as assigned.
