Baker (Retail):

A Dunkin Donuts Baker will be responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries and other baked products. As a Baker you will be required to follow and complete a daily par sheet, produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines and ensure company safety and cleanliness standards. The Baker also needs to be able to handle the physical requirements of the position such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time.

Responsibilities Include:

Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time as well as hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities throughout their shift.Holds the Guest as their highest priority and is responsive to their needs and requestsAdhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.Prepare all donuts / baked goods following appropriate recipes and proceduresComply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

 

Qualifications:

Must be able to fluently speak/read EnglishMust be self-motivated, working overnight and early morning hours with little to no supervisionAbility to multi-task with strong time management skillsCapable of counting money and making changeAble to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.Outgoing personality and a smile
