SUMMARY

The County Market Bakery Clerk/Wrapper duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, controlling shrink and working in a safe manner.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfactionAbility to properly use all bakery equipmentKnows use, and taste of products offeredQuality assurance checks of departmentProper handling and rotation of productDay to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanlinessPromotes Sales, offer samplesPackage and labels product in accordance to NFI standardsPerforms basic baking dutiesCleans floors, ovens, counters, washes dishesWork within company programs, policies and procedures Follows Health Code guidelinesFollows all store and department policies and proceduresFollow safety policies and procedures; is a safety role modelOther duties as assigned by supervisor
