Key accountabilities

 

To follow outlet specific service standards.

Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

Ensure all the specified mise-en-place is completed prior to service.

Being open for growth and applying the directions given.

Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of stations before, during and after operation.

Always controlling the cleanliness of the kitchen areas.

 
General requirements

 

General knowledge of food technique.

Prepares and makes all Bakery items according to The Peninsula guidelines and standards.

To be familiar with bread and danish recipes.

Good hands-on approach.

Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).

High level understanding of culinary knowledge.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
