The Nugget Markets Kitchen, in our Woodland Warehouse, is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic team players with a whatver it takes attitude to join the bakery production team! This is a full time position with a more physical aspect that suits someone with experience working in a fast paced production environment. Shifts for this position are in the evening, and must have availability as early as 2p until 11:30p.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include prepping, baking, packaging, and labeling hundreds of baked goods daily for shipment to our stores. This includes mixing, scaling, and benching dough, baking artisan breads and desserts, lifting and stacking flour, loading carts and racks, transferring products to refrigeration/freezers, palletizing, and labeling products into boxes. You'll also operate various kitchen machinery, including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers, and dough dividers, while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you'll work in extremely cold environments and must be familiar with proper food handling techniques.
QualificationsYou should meet the following requirements:
