Serve as a point of contact within the RBU for our retail stores and suppliers. Must provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to our customers. They will answer questions, address concerns, and handle other retail requestsMaintains and verifies all item and system related transactions while following the established guidelines and procedures in the following systems: PIMS, Marwood, PPMS, SIR, CHIP, FLEX, as well as Excel, Word, Access, and OutlookDevelop, edit, and post retail and vendor communicationComplete data entry functions within various Publix systems (MARWOOD, PIMS, PPMS, SIR and FLEXManage and maintain accurate item level data in Publix system (MARWOOD, PIMS, PPMS, SIR and FLEXProvides support to our Category Management and Buying teams through the research and resolution of some issues (missing deliveries, damages)Provide general clerical support to Category Manager and Buyer team (data entry, filing, answer phones, check voice mails, faxes, and other general office tasks).
