Role Description:
Are you analytical? Do you like working in a team and building strong relationships? Do you have a curious mind? If so, you would fit right into the Global Currency, Commodities and Derivatives Operations Balance and Account Management team.
Right now, we are looking for someone smart to join the team. We focus on effective bank balance management, support the set-up of new bank accounts, and provide support to key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a growing and evolving business. You will be able to apply critical thinking and an investigative mind set to review and remediate issues. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery and support to a range of stakeholders. We’re a global team, with a presence in EMEA, APAC and AMRS.
Responsibilities Include:
Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure balance management monitoring processes are completed timely each dayLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions to resolve exceptions throughout market cut-offsCompletion of supervisory checks and approvals on key process controlsEscalation contacts for external agent banksInvestigation of root cause of overdrawn bank accounts identifying process improvement opportunitiesActive involvement in the bank account maintenance, opening and closing processes Contribute to the global Balance & Account Management strategy & initiatives, partnering with the wider global teamChallenging the team’s processes and generating ideas to improve how we do thingsWhat we are looking for:
