Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Manages and oversees projects as assigned by the Balance Department Manager in accordance with Sulzer guidelines and procedures. + Issues jobs by priority to qualified personnel. Assign work projects to Leads. Control work flow of projects. + Supervises and directs Balance Dept. personnel to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion of assigned projects (including administration of personnel aspects, time keeping / approving, PTO request and scheduling, attendance issues, disciplinary issues, etc.) + Work with Balance Manager to ensure department has all tools and supplies needed for work. + Responsible for ensuring environmental procedures are established and followed.
