The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex and specialized mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance and repair work on industrial equipment and machinery. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex problems, as well as work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial maintenance and a passion for working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. **Key Accountabilities:** + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery according to established schedules and procedures. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a timely and efficient manner. + Conduct tests and inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. + Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other control systems. + Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components, such as bearings, belts, gears, and other parts. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, as well as inventory levels of spare parts and equipment. + Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and production personnel to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. This includes being the main point of contact for 3rd party vendors who may be on-site performing repair or maintenance work of any kind. + Adhere to safety standards and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment. **Qualifications and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational school diploma in industrial maintenance or related field preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. + Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and control systems. + Experience with fabrication, assembly, and installation of mechanical components. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. + Availability for occasional on-call and overtime work. **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
