Balducci's is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Catering Call Center Team. Primarily responsible for answering telephone calls from potential customers; describing products, services, and pricing; placing orders; and answering questions from customers and store teams. The ability to connect with a customer and offer upselling solutions to impact sales is an important skill. All applicants must have food knowledge or food service experience such as in restaurants or catering.

The ideal applicant will have relevant professional knowledge or food service experience such as in restaurants or catering. Our Team supports each Balducci's location in the NY, CT and the DC areas. Catering Call Center associates are trained to have the ability to know our product and services.

The pay range for this position is $17-$19 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications.
