Band VIP Coordinator- Red Hat Amp

Job Summary:

THE ROLE 

The Band VIP Coordinator at Red Hat Amphitheater will be responsible for advancing and coordinating all VIP programs at the venue, including organizing all staffing and operational needs. 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO  

Communicate with the venue’s core team about staffing and all VIP program details 

Communicate with the box office manager during the day of show to trouble shoot any opportunities that arise with guests or VIP teams  

Maintain VIP deck detailing information for all incoming tours  

Advance all VIP programs   

Do the morning walk-throughs with band VIP teams  

Be an onsite point of contact for all band VIP programs on show days  

Settle with all VIP programs  

Maintain a log detailing all VIP income and received payments  

Handle all communication and coordination of 3rd party vendors. 

Flexible hours  

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING  

Ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people  

Excellent guest service skills  

Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership  

Must have evening availability and weekend availability.  

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions  

Must be able to lift to 25 pounds  

Other duties as assigned
