We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Bank Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic team in Norwich. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our client accounts and ensuring compliance with RICS Members' Accounts Rules (MAR).
Key Responsibilities:
Account ReconciliationAccurately reconcile all client money bank accounts according to completion schedulesAdhere strictly to RICS MAR guidelines in all reconciliation processesCompliance MonitoringAssist in developing efficient processes for daily checks of client money bank accountsIdentify and report potential RICS MAR breachesQuality AssuranceReview bank reconciliations prepared by team membersContribute to monthly KPI reporting on potential RICS MAR breachesIssue ResolutionReport potential breaches to Client Team Managers promptlyTake ownership of identified issues and drive them to resolutionProcess ImprovementContribute innovative ideas to enhance reconciliation and monitoring processesAdapt to diverse daily challenges with creativity and problem-solving skillsRequired Qualifications:
• Strong numeracy skills
• Proficiency in IT, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience in reconciliation preparation
• Understanding of RICS MAR and client accounting functions
