Bank Requisition Specialist
We are currently seeking a Bank Requisition Specialist! The Bank Requisition Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for both the property and corporate staff. Responsibilities include: + Assist with accounting tasks for the disposition of properties + Work with the operations team on post close processes + Prepare site financials until bank accounts are closed + Balance bank recs monthly + Wire funds as needed + Manage multiple projects at once Requirements: + At least six months of experience in office management/admin type role + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software + Strong communication skills, both written and oral + Ability to build rapport and work well in a team setting + Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment + Track record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills + Ability to remain professional and courteous Additional Information: + This position will also held with Rent Reserves as needed. + Handle reimbursement request for all sites that get funding form the lender + Tracks when reimbursement are due to lender + Tracks when payments are received + Replacement reserves- completion repair, green repair escrow + Scanning checks to the bank Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
