Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bank Teller in Chicago, Illinois. This role is primarily within the banking industry, where you'll be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining cash balances, and investigating potential fraudulent activities. Responsibilities: • Handle customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy at all times • Maintain and manage cash balances, ensuring adequate cash supply for daily operations • Investigate any suspicious transactions or activities that might indicate potential fraud • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor and manage the teller line, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in handling customer transactions with high accuracy and efficiency. • Ability to maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. • Proven experience in cash handling, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of cash. • Experience in fraud investigation, with the ability to identify and report suspicious activities to mitigate potential risks.
