This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong customer service background looking to grow within the banking industry. Key Responsibilities: + Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including account servicing and maintenance. + Handle teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling. + Provide an exceptional customer experience by engaging with clients and addressing their needs. + Support branch operations, including opening/closing duties and security procedures. + Maintain accurate records, reports, and control checks. Requirements + 2 years of customer service experience (banking experience preferred). + Professional demeanor with strong communication and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn banking software. + High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
