Bank Vault Clerk Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to ensure the security and accountability of live debit and credit cards amounting in significant value. Catalogs completed production runs (debit & credit cards) and secures box of completed/live debit and credit cards inside large bank vault.  Maintains and enters data into MS Excel spreadsheets to account for items inside vault Reconciles vault twice per day (before lunch and before end of day) and ensure 100% accountability of completed debit and credit cards before they are shipped to customers Secures mail sent "return to sender" inside vault and opens each piece. Logs each piece of returned mail and reason why it was returned to sender. Documents/details reason in computer and follows established procedures to properly destroy completed debit or credit cards sent "return to sender" Maintains a clean, neat and well-organized work area.  Follows written procedures, monitors equipment and communicates with management when issues arise or supplies become low. Preforms a variety of other duties as assigned. We are a small operation and share responsibilities, help one another on the team and pitch-in wherever needed.
Bank Vault Clerk Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is desired (MS Office).  Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking) At least one (1) year experience working in banking (Bank Teller, Money Handling, Office Manager, or related warehouse experience Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product Strong computer skills. Should be comfortable at all times on computer.
