Job DescriptionTo deliver a quality service and manage service gaps realised by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints. To deliver planned and proactive client engagements driven through holistic client reviews focused on achieving contextual client outcomes. Deepen bank-client relationships primarily focused on providing cross-pillar solutions for clients, working with the supporting product specialists to ensure holistic engagement and guidance for financial decisioning by clients.
QualificationsBachelor's degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF7 FAIS recognized qualification) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Personal and Private Banking sectors, encompassing:
Demonstrated proficiency in sales and service deliveryProven track record in relationship managementExpertise in processing credit applicationsStrong financial acumen, as evidenced by a successful sales history within the financial services industryProficiency in financial analysis and risk assessmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking softwareIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking lawsAdditional InformationBehavioral Competencies
