We are looking for a Banker Development Program Supervisor to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

 

Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience:

Assign, direct, and supervise the banker development members. Coordinate, lead/facilitate and routinely update training curriculum. The training curriculum includes an in-depth series of classes on credit underwriting and analysis as well as soft skills (leadership, presenting, professional etiquette, sales training, etc.). Train analysts on use of credit analysis software and other training for the members. Assist in the analysis of deals, review work and ensure quality control of credit work. Assist in salary administration, performance reviews, and counseling.

 

Qualifications:

College degree and 4+ years of credit/financial analysis, lending, program management, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements Excellent Management experience required. Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of credit and financial analysis, lending, underwriting and ability to apply information to current role. Knowledge of recruiting and employee program management. Exceptional training and leadership skills. Ability to work with management, lending officers and staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.  Strong knowledge of key credit risk indicators and economic factors impacting credit quality.
