Job Description:

Indorama Ventures: Indovinya is currently looking to hire a Banking, Finance and Treasury Director to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. The Director of BFT is a strategic business partner who will lead and scale our Corporate Finance function across the entire organization.

This role will have the opportunity to not only influence the vision but will help grow and manage the business through banking, fund raising and debt management, risk & currency management, Insurance, Credit ratings and all regulatory finance compliance for a listed entity.

This leader will take a hands-on approach in partnering with the CFO to drive the right decisions through actionable insights and analyses.  

The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and models, while growing and developing a team to spearhead this role. He/she will also bring a strong analytical toolset, and proven experience managing the planning activities of a large company.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior leader and a potential successor to the Chief Financial Officer.

Position Responsibilities:

Banking and Treasury

Develop and maintain Banking relationships with all leading global banksFinancing & Capital raising – Long term and short term financing needs including documentation crossing the T’s and dotting the I’sDebt capital markets ( DCM) – bond placementsRaising sustainability long terms financingWoking capital , cash flow & Liquidity risk mgmtCovenants managementTreasury management - Support AR factoring, AP SCF programs

Financial Risk Mgmt

Forex risks management – Currency risks – Plain forwards, Swaps to sophisticated structuresInterest rate risks management – IRSCredit risk management and ensure counter party risk measures are in placeInsurance – PD & BI

Credit ratings

Annual credit ratings (Investment grade)Liaison and work with credit rating agencies (S&P, Fitch and Moody’s)

Capital Budgeting

Capital budgeting and evaluating investment opportunitiesThis function analyzes the potential return on investment (ROI), Paybacks and IRR  and the risks associated with a particular projectMaking critical investment decisions that can lead to the company's long-term success

M&A Financing and Structuring

Evaluating Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) / Divesture opportunitiesPlay a vital role in the M&A process, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiating deals to ensure successful transactionsStructuring and finance the organic and inorganic opportunities

Adhoc’s ( not exhaustive )

In addition, responsible for ad hoc analysis, executive level decks for C-level staff members, and Board of Directors reportingPrepare executive presentations and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors

This will be a highly focus function with a small team of direct reportees and work cross functionally across all geographies and regions.

Qualifications:

15 - 20 years of experience in CORPORATE FINANCEBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent along with MBA/CFAExperience with SAP S4 Hana environment, BI Tools and/or SQL is a mustProven experience in scaling companies, driving change and supporting growing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environmentEffective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values, while demonstrating the emotional intelligence that inspires othersBuilds collaborative relationships across various partners and influences senior stakeholdersMust demonstrate a deep familiarity with financial accounting, modeling, and analysisMust be an analytical thinker that will drive qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic business issues
