Responsibilities:Filing, records management, and data entryTaking on administrative tasks within various projects as neededReviewing customer forms for accuracy and complianceOpening customer accounts and responding to related inquiriesUpdating customer account informationAssisting customers with password reset functionsTreat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity, and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excelAdminister the processing of any transactions that support company clients and operations processesProvide direct support to the customers, to enable them to deliver a ‘best in class’ customer experienceQualifications:Post-secondary education in business/finance is an assetPrevious experience in the banking or financial sector is an assetPrevious administrative experience is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Word and Excel proficiencyAbility to complete tasks in a timely fashionStrong work ethic and positive attitude
