Banking and Financial Officers Key Responsibilities: Accurately process various financial transactions, including payments, deposits, and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service in alignment with the Customer Experience Model (CEM). Uphold compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, ensuring all transactions meet legal and regulatory standards. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to transaction processing, working closely with cross-functional teams as necessary. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency. Banking and Financial Officers Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, particularly in operations roles. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including AML and KYC regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, particularly VBA Macros; experience with data analysis is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Employment Details: Salary: $20 - $24 an hour Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid/ Onsite model Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
