They are now currently looking to add a talented and experienced banking & finance associate to their busy and expanding practice group. This is a great role to join a thriving practice and work within a team that not only provides strong mentorship, but also opportunity for hands on experience with complex banking and financial matters. This tight-knit group works closely with large multinational financial institutions and borrowers on issues including but not limited to project and business debt financing (both secured and unsecured), acquisition and asset-based financing, equipment leasing and asset-backed lending, and more. This team works on bilateral as well as sophisticated syndicated loans.
This position will also provide the opportunity to have a flexible working schedule.
QualificationsCalled to the Alberta Bar and be a member of good standing in the Law Society of Alberta4+ years of experience, with an emphasis on banking and financial servicesComfortable with an annual billable target of 1600Excellent verbal written and communication ability, and posses a team player attitude
