Banking Checking & Savings Account Product Lead

You will:
• assist with retail banking deposits products and payment initiatives, solving complex cross-segment product structure challenges, thinking holistically about opportunities to expand growth potential, and deriving necessary fact base to make those decisions.
• be responsible for online and mobile banking product solutions, including savings and other deposit products, bill pay, funds transfer, mobile deposit capture, and wire transfer services
• be the payments subject matter expertise with a detailed understanding of mobile wallet technologies and P2P/B2C offerings
• represent business as the SME for technology rollouts and initiatives and actively participate in designing new solutions, including requirements gathering, testing and managing rollouts to clients and the field; focus on internal channels as well as external channels, such as web
• partner with internal business partners (Legal, Compliance, marketing, Risk, IT etc.) on regulatory items, business development and products and service enhancements
• assist with contract reviews and negotiations, including documenting the scope of the relationship
• ensure effective risk management measures are in place for all system functionality and activities performed by operational teams and vendors supporting our product offering and assist with procedures and key risk controls
• conduct market research for assigned products and services to create and enhance business cases.
• speak to Financial Advisors and private bankers to provide product support, answer product-related questions and gather feedback
• assist in deposits & banking services reporting, analytics and execution and present findings and trends to senior management
• use data driven insights and analytics to enhance existing initiatives and build business cases to support new initiatives for wealth management clients
• generate high-quality work with attention to detail
• demonstrate:
- Basic knowledge of wealth management products, particularly bank deposits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive client and employee experience
