Banking Checking & Savings Account Product Lead

You will:
• strategize, develop and lead the implementation of the end-to-end commercialization strategies for US Checking, Savings and term Deposit Products built in UBS Bank USA
• partner with technology and COO teams to drive product launches; actively participate in product testing and go to market strategy
• partner with and complement the current Deposits team, managing Wealth clients Deposits offered through brokerage accounts
• support the Head of Deposits on Strategy and Pricing of new Bank Deposit products
• develop and present recommendations to improve product value proposition, client experience, enhance profitability, reduce cost, reduce risk and create efficiencies
• collaborate with the Product Owners, Product Managers, Cross-team partners, Sales, Sales Effectiveness, Pricing and other support functions to articulate the customer impacts and business/stakeholder value
• develop and maintain strong partnerships with operations, technology, legal, compliance, finance to build and with sales teams, marketing and communications, and servicing teams to launch products and effectively drive results
• support senior leadership team and our partners as a point person on all initiatives/plans for the Banking checking, Savings and Term Deposit Products
• be responsible for monitoring and tracking KPI performance for deposits business line review
• providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership to partners as required
• assist in creating a framework for measuring and monitoring financial and non-financial risks for the new banking products in line with regulatory and bank requirements
