They are searching for candidates with experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, tax, or municipal matters. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career opportunity. Responsibilities:

Collaborating with attorneys on bankruptcy matters such as Proofs of Claim, plan objections, litigation case management, and processing mail and ECF emails.Handling creditor-related bankruptcy tasks, including reviewing petitions, motions, claims, and notices.Preparing and e-filing bankruptcy pleadings.Communicating with clients, debtors, and Trustees regularly.

Requirements:

1+ years of bankruptcy, tax, municipal, or foreclosure law experience.Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or 3+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in federal and state court e-filing systems (CE/ECF, PACER).Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Skills.
