Overview What you will have an opportunity to do: Come join our Beverage team who has a hand in creating a uniquely exceptional beverage and bar service experience! Barbacks are the movers and shakers of bar service operations. They are responsible for quickly and carefully tending to the inventory needs of our outlet bars and event bars to keep operations running smoothly. These individuals will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude. Your Role: Someone at least 18 years of age or older. Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Be accurate in your product and inventory counts, confirming all special requests and orders Work collaboratively with other restaurant, bar and event staff Finalize the experience through timely and accurate product delivery Someone with excellent communication skills Someone who can regularly lift/carry 50 pounds, push/pull 75+pounds Your Environment: Controlled indoor temperatures, could experience high temperatures and high humidity when outdoor delivery or servicing outlets and events. Varied volume levels based on capacity of outlet or event and entertainment schedule. Standing and walking on hard surface tile flooring, possibility for wet floors, grass, pool deck and carpet - non-slip shoes a must! Qualifications What are we looking for? We are looking for highly motivated team members! He or she must be able communicate effectively with the team and together work to provide an excellent experience for our guests and team members. The right person will be show excellent customer service skills, must be passionate about service and should thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers.
