Responsibilities Train, schedule, and supervise banquet team membersConduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and team members before eventsEnsure all company policies, service procedures, and safety standards are followedMaintain communication with the banquet and kitchen teams Operate company vehicles as needed for transportation of material across the property.Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory positionExcellent guest service and employee relations skillsAbility to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidaysBasic math and counting skills No high school diploma or GED requiredA valid driver's licensePhysical Requirements Ability to lift or carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand or walk for 8-hour shiftsPossible exposure to loud noiseShift Details
