Overview

The Banquet Coat Check Attendant is responsible for the timely collection, storage, and distribution of coats, jackets and outerwear for guests attending Banquet & Catering functions at the hotel.  This is a part time, seasonal position for fall, winter and early spring months.

Responsibilities Collect, properly store/hang, and return coats, jackets, and outerwear to guests attending functions at the hotel.Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.Be attentive of guests’ needs and assist in providing a pleasant experience.Be knowledgeable of event location, timing and details from the Banquet Event Order.Communicate effectively and courteously, both over the telephone and in person.Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
