OverviewJoin our team as a Banquet Manager for an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-end environment! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to manage and coordinate banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. The Banquet Manager assists with hiring and training all banquet staff including scheduling and monthly meetings, illustrating proper techniques and etiquette for all styles of service. Supervise the set up of functions to include placement of linens, silver, china and glassware according to event specifications. Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness, proper inventory and set-up.
