About the Role: As Banquet Manager, you will lead our ROCKSTAR TEAM in excellence, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities: Banquet Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of all banquet events, catering orders and banquet TEAM. Coordinate with Sales TEAM to understand requirements and expectations for functions, plan and manage all events, coordinate operations including food and beverage, set up, service and breakdown, resolve customer complaints as necessary. Train and manage Banquet TEAM to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.  

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Hyatt brand hotel or fine dining establishment Degree in hospitality or similar preferred Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation. Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Physically fit with good stamina for physical tasks such as moving and lifting furniture and standing for long periods of time. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP standards. T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $60,000 annually
