Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Banquet Manager to join our F&B team. As Banquet Manager, you will work closely with the Director of F&B to oversee, control, and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

What you will do:

Leading, training, and developing the banquet team to deliver outstanding service.

Managing all banquet functions, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.

Collaborating with clients and event planners to ensure seamless execution of events.

Ensuring banquet spaces are set up according to high brand standards and event specifications.

Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.

Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Driving innovation in banquet offerings to create memorable experiences for guests.

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Assisting in the development and implementation of new service strategies.

What you bring:

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end event space.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
