Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to create flawless event experiences? As a Banquet Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring banquet rooms are perfectly set up, maintained, and ready for each event, according to sales contracts and company standards. From arranging tables and chairs to safely handling banquet equipment, you’ll help ensure our events run smoothly and impress every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down meeting rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and customer specifications. Collaborate with the Banquet Manager on serving arrangements, staffing needs, and additional equipment requirements. Ensure banquet areas are clean and fully prepared before the start of events. Maintain and organize the back-of-house areas, ensuring equipment is clean and stored safely. Inspect banquet equipment for cleanliness and damage, reporting any issues to EVS for cleaning or needed repairs. Assist with BEO preparation when needed. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests during events. Stay informed about all events taking place on the property. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Prior customer service experience desired.                    Must pass a background check.  Requires a Valid Washington State Driver License and must be insurable on the Tribe’s insurance. Current Washington State Food Worker Permit
