Provides efficient, courteous service to guests.
Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
Performs all necessary side work. Polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiment’s, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.
Performs as a team with other Hard Rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary, and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner.
Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredHigh School diploma general education (GED).
Must be very detailed oriented.
Ability to function with minimum supervision and make effective decisions during the shift.
Must project a professional and positive image.
Must have a high level of energy
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
Able to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays also work 6 day work weeks when required.
TrainingAll employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area. The below courses are required for this position:
