Set up and arrange banquet rooms for events, demonstrating attention to detail and organization.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring the quality and accuracy of the order.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance, representing the company during each event.
Monitor guest needs throughout events and promptly address requests, showcasing excellent customer service.
Work Experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Experience working in fast-paced banquet or catering settings preferred, though not required.
Ability to set up, serve, and clean with attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and event managers.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude toward helping others.
