Under the general guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager, assist in ensuring all duties and responsibilities for the set-up and serving of food and beverages to guests at all banquet functions, according to the hotel standards.

Duties & Functions:

·         Maintain up to date and accurate knowledge of all Food and Beverage

·         Set up stations and do side jobs to ensure adequate mis-en-place

·         Provide a genuine warm and caring service to guests

·         Set up events within the required time

·         Maintain the Room Service and Events equipment and area in an organized and clean condition at all times

·         Maintain good communication with all team members and guests

·         Perform all other duties as requested

Pay Range

Potential Pay Rate: $17.35 per hour. Pay rate outlined follows contract requirement.
