Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Banquet Service Team Leader to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the efficient operations of Banquet by effective staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks, monitoring and supervision of service. Ensure all staff follows the HACCP standard and participates in the environmental-friendly and 3Rs (reuse, recycle or reduce) initiatives whenever possible. Provide engaging, timely, efficient and friendly service to all the guests. Assist Banquet Service Assistant Manager.

General Requirements

Native Japanese or equivalent level of Japanese speaker with respect Japanese culture and manner. Minimum 1 year of practical work experience in Banquet Service from hospitality operations. Knowledge in seasonal food, international cuisine, food preparation and presentation. Work experience in 5-star hotels will be an advantage.
