The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banqueting Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, strong leadership skills.

The Banqueting Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing various events types, managing the banqueting service team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire event cycle, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.

- Organize and communicate all events needs to relevant parties, kitchen, stewarding and service.

- Execute all events details as per event order, organize sufficient staff levels.

- Communicate and prepare concerned service departments to ensure accurate delivery of all events details.

- Build strong relationships with clients and exceed their expectations.
