We're on the hunt for a high-energy, detail-oriented and dynamic Banquet Set-Up Attendant to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests! **What You'll Do:**
+ **Set the Stage for Success:** Assemble and arrange conference equipment, ensuring every event space is perfectly set up according to specifications.
+ **Be the Behind-the-Scenes Hero:** Keep meeting rooms sparkling clean, remove trash, and restock supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
+ **Refresh the Experience:** During breaks, refresh meeting rooms and ensure everything is in place for seamless transitions.
+ **Jump into Action:** Help move materials, convention boxes, and programs across various areas of the hotel, keeping everything organized and ready.
+ **Go Above and Beyond:** Bus tables and re-set them as needed to maintain a top-notch experience for our guests.
+ **Create Memorable Moments:** Be the go-to person for resolving any guest concerns and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
+ **Team up!:** Collaborate with culinary and stewarding staff to maintain a smooth operation and positive working relationships.
+ **Stay in the Know:** Stay aware of all functions and events happening, and help ensure that everything stays on track.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Strong and Able:** Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and able to be on your feet throughout your shift.
+ **Detail-Driven:** Someone who excels at following instructions and ensures everything is set up with precision.
+ **Fast on Your Feet:** Able to think on the fly, handle multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
+ **Team Player:** A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for working together to achieve the best results.
+ **Excellent Communicator:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to help maintain a smooth and effective operation.
+ **Flexibility:** Ready to take on evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet the needs of our events.
