JOB SUMMARY:
Using various types of equipment, materials and techniques, maintain the physical appearance of the bars, corridors, foyers and storerooms at levels of standards set by management. Remove and compact trash from floors and keep the department supply areas organized and clean. Perform inventories and deliver/stock supplies as required.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Retrieve requested beverages from storage dock, and manually push loaded carts to designated storage area and bars.
• Load ice, load beer, and glassware to stock at all bars.
• Scrub, mop and power wash mats and floors behind bars.
• Change garbage cans and dump garbage out on loading dock.
• Change soda bibs and liquor bottles in pump rooms.
• Change kegs of beer.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and companies policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of three months experience as a bar porter.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a TAM card and Health card.
• Must understand, speak, read and write English.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must present a well groomed appearance.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to push/pull 50 - 100 lbs
• Must be able to stand/walk 90% of shift
